BREAKING: Horley road closed due to '˜serious accident'
The A23 Brighton Road in Horley has been closed following a '˜serious accident' this morning.
Travel reports show that the road has been closed in both directions at Hevers Avenue.
No diversions have been put in place as of yet, and the road in expected to remain closed until mid-morning.
