UPDATE: Helicopter not connected to city centre incident
Police responded to reports of anti-social behaviour in East Street, Chichester just after 1pm today.
A police spokesperson said officers were called to reports of abusive street drinkers at around 1.10pm.
Officers are currently monitoring the situation, which is not connected to the police helicopter seen circling the city centre earlier this afternoon.
