Herald Digital Journalist Sarah Dale went on a dummy run in an ambulance with Worthing Hospital consultant Dr David Uncles, to see how long it would take to travel the 12 miles from Worthing Pier Pavilion to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton - the nearest accident and emergency department if Worthing Hospital is downgraded.
