Kerbside refuse and recycling services around Bognor Regis are to continue to be carried out by Verdant.
The company's takeover by Greenstar will not lead to any changes in the weekly and fortnight collections.
They will still be performed by Verdant using the green and white vehicles which have become a familiar sight under its contract with Arun District Council. The firm will also maintain its cleansing operations on the town's seafront and roads.
