We need better-paidjobs in town

I read with interest the article 'Go-ahead for forced land sale' in the Observer, and was particularly drawn to Conservative Councillor Brown's comments that "it's not just any jobs we want here, we want better-paid jobs than those already in the town."

So why, Cllr Brown, do we not have better-paid jobs in the town?

If you could bring yourself to listen to the Bognor people, they would give you a one-word answer. Immigration!

I would like to think the people of Bognor would benefit from the proposed regeneration scheme, but I suspect it is just another cynical ploy to provide jobs for even more immigrant workers.

For once, Cllr Brown, please put the interests of the British people first.

This plea will no doubt fall on deaf ears, as the councillor will probably continue to follow the Politically Correct party line laid down by her leader, Tony Cameron, sorry David, I can't tell the difference between him and David Blair, sorry Tony.
