DOWN MEMORY LANE: Do you know where and when this gathering took place?
This photograph was found among his parents' effects by Graham Diggens of Middleton-on-Sea who writes:
I believe it dates from the late 1940s or early 1950s and think it was taken in the Eastergate area, maybe the Vicarage or Denmans.
The questions are where, when and what was the occasion?
My father, William Leslie Diggens, is on the back row, my mother Edith in the middle row.
