Bexhill hosts annual regatta
IT'S that time of year again when Bexhill hosts its annual regatta.
The thrills and spills of crews battling against determined opposition and the elements should provide a colourful sight when the action gets under way in front of the boathouse, The Colonade, Central Parade, from 11.30am on Sunday July 24.
The regatta is the latest leg of the Coast Amateur Rowing Association season which sees Bexhill well placed in many categories. They will have to go some, however, to improve on last year's performances when home crews managed four wins and four runners-up places.
