Narrow win earns Bexhill the Busbridge cricket trophy
Bexhill’s cricketers clinched the Gordon Busbridge Shield midweek T20 competition courtesy of a narrow victory over Crowhurst Park yesterday (Thursday) evening.
Bexhill prevailed by three runs in the sunshine at Horntye Park, in Hastings, as Park just came up short of the 15 runs they required off the final over despite hitting a boundary off the last ball.
Man of the match was Park player Josh Willis.
