Drummy wants the Crawley fans onside as they build

The former Chelsea coach has made it clear he sees the community and supporters as a big part of the future at Reds.
Drummy has promised changes and a new philosophy as well as improvements to facilities off the field.

Hide AdThe 55-year-old also wants the club’s faithful fans’ backing as they move forwards, but knows they must perform on the pitch for that to happen.
He said: “The link with the fans is very important, we need the fans on-side.
“Ok, this season hasn’t been the best, but they know we are pushing for it and I am telling the players the way to play.
“If you come to a game that you think is exciting and then we get a winning formula, then the fans, I think will be the 12th man.

Hide Ad“It is that you come to Crawley and there is a noise and an atmosphere there, that’s what we want.
“That is generated by both of us, they are not just going to clap if we are bad, I understand that.
“But we want to get the fans on our side, I am excited to link with that and I am sure there will be fans’ forums. We can meet and we are happy to do that.”
