The U’s lie fourth in Ryman Football League Division One South with 15 games remaining.

United manager Terry White said: “All three are very good players. One’s an old favourite shall we say with a good recent history at the club. One is what I would describe as one of the best two wingers in our league and one is a third year pro who’s just been released from his club, but he’s talking to other clubs in his area.

“Two are looking promising, but until they actually sign the bit of paper that says ‘yes I’m coming’, they’re still ‘no goes’.”

Josh Jirbandey has decided to remain at United despite a seven-day approach from Kingstonian, although the defender will return to university in California at the start of next month.

The club is running a coach to Saturday’s match away to Walton & Hersham, leaving The Pilot Field at 11.30am. The cost is £12 for adults, with a £2 discount for supporters’ club members, and £5 for under-18s. Email [email protected] to book a place.
