Hunemeier looks to continue unbeaten start

The 29-year-old German defender, who joined Albion in August from Paderborn, is expecting a tough clash and said: “We’re still unbeaten after 13 games in a really tough league, so we’ve done really well so far.
“It’s a tough week and we’ll do our best to still be unbeaten. It’s nearly perfect right now for us and I know that it’s a really tough league.

Hide Ad“We’ve done really well so far but we know there are a lot of tough matches ahead of us.
“What is very important for us is to have a good mentality in the team. It’s the same as we had two years ago with my former team, everybody works for the same aim and that’s really important.
“In Germany, we always say the next game is always the toughest one, so for us it’s Reading now. They’re a really good side, a really good attacking one but we have to look at ourselves, we have a good side as well and have played really well so far.
“Of course, you want to win every match but, as with the last match against Preston, it wasn’t our best day so, at the end, we were okay with just one point.”
