Hide AdArundel boss Simon Butler said: “It was a big win as it gets us a little bit further away from the teams down there in the dog fight.
“Again, praise goes to the players’ character and resolve in trying to get the results. It’s five unbeaten now and I am really pleased.”
After a stale opening 20 minutes, Mullets got more into the game and Rory Biggs shot at the keeper, before he had a penalty appeal turned down.
Arundel took the lead on 32 minutes when great work from Jordan Clark and Alex Biggs played in Tipper, who finished from 15 yards.

Hide AdTipper netted his second on 70 minutes, when his header from a Clark pass went in via a defender.
Rory Biggs, who had spurned two one-on-one chances, finally got on the scoresheet with two minutes remaining after Tipper closed down a defender.
Mullets have a fund-raising race night at the club on Saturday evening at 7.30pm. All are welcome.
