Rye to hold pitch inspection

Rye United will hold a pitch inspection late this afternoon (Friday) ahead of tomorrow’s FA Vase last 32 tie at home to Guernsey.

Snow is forecast for today and because of the journey facing the visitors, a decision on whether the game goes ahead will need to be made in good time.

Guernsey are expected to bring around 200 supporters to The Salts and Rye have already received quite a few enquiries regarding matchday programmes. Radio station BBC Guernsey intends to provide full match commentary.
