Bognor Allstars continued their winning ways with a hard-fought win over Predators.

Allstars opened the scoring in the 25th minute when a Charlie Osborne corner was headed home at the far post by Jordan Martin.

A great through-ball sent Liam Morley away in a one-on-one and he was upended after beating the out-rushing goalkeeper Connor Fellows to the ball, resulting in Fellows being sent off.

Predators created chances just before half-time but Taylor Floyd in goal kept Allstars in front.

The introduction of new player Mason Puttock for Callum Slater brought some great passing football and it ended with Puttock picking the ball up just inside the Predators half, beating a couple of players in a great run and playing an inch-perfect pass for Osborne to fire home for 2-0.

The victory gives Allstars six wins from six.

UNDER-14

Bognor Town 3 Eastbourne 3

(Bognor won 4-2 on pens)

Bognor won an early free-kick that was slotted home by Jack Parkinson to give Bognor the lead.

Eastbourne could not break the solid defence controlled by Harley Bain and Jodey Scott was determined not to let anything in the Bognor net.

Early in the second half, Eastbourne headed in a free-kick. Some great long balls through from Mason Haga Hammond, Ben Hauxwell, Kai Swanson and Ben Greece-Harber gave Bognor chances but the referee gave a cheap penalty to Eastbourne to capitalise.

Jack Parkinson calmly lobbed the keeper to make it 2-2 at full-time.

Bognor started in extra-time and a ball from Swansan set Parkinson up for his hat-trick.

In the last seconds of extra-time, another cheap free-kick was converted by Eastbourne to take it to 3-3. Eastbourne had a chance to snatch the win but Bognor kept it out.

Scott saved Eastbourne’s first two penalties while Will Linott hit the bar for Bognor and Harry Wallers scored his. Swanson and Parkinson scored from the spot, allowing Joe Bennett to win it with his kick.

Chichester City Colts 7 Worthing Dynamos 3

Worthing struck first in this Challenge Cup tie with a free-kick that slid past Sam Williams.

Sam Jones in midfield intercepted a Worthing goal-kick and squared it to Taylor Parker, whose shot was saved. But soon, Toby Evans set up Dominic Hamblin, who finished nicely to equalise.

Evans fed Liam Craddock, who scored a superb goal.

Worthing equalised with a slick pass through Colts’ defence. As the first half came to an end, Colts were awarded a free-kick taken by Hayden Newton. Evans teed up Parker who put the ball past the goalie, making it 3-2.

Colts started the second half strongly and Parker scored from 25 yards. Two minutes later, Parker beat three Worthing defenders and slammed the ball into the back of the net.

Ten minutes into the second half, Colts were awarded a corner. Evans delivered it and eventually Sam Jones scored.

The management put defender Taylor ‘Rock’ Rochester forward and soon Evans set him up for a goal.

Worthing managed a third before the end.

Jones was named man of the match.

UNDER-12

Chichester City Colts White 12 Lancing Youth White 1

In their first meeting with Lancing, Chichester began this Challenge Cup tie slowly but scored through Jake O’Brennan on 13 minutes.

Louie Stone made it 2-0 but poor marking and a questionable offside gifted Lancing a goal. But Nat White and Stone both scored in the 27th minute to make it 4-1 at the break.

The Colts were awarded a free-kick and up stepped Ryan Johnson, who struck the ball low into the net. A minute later White scored again to make it 6-1.

Chichester kept making chances and Jawad Echchkaf grabbed three goals in 12 minutes. White got his hat-trick goal on 53 minutes before Echchkaf and White each grabbed their fourth in the closing minutes.

White was man of the match for a devastating display of attacking.

Chi City Youth 4 Chi Colts 3

This derby always seems to throw up a fair share of goals.

Chi Youth soaked up early pressure and scored two early goals, with another two close to half-time.

Colts showed good character and battled back hard in the second half. A fine hat-trick from Joe Middleton brought the Colts back into it and they were unlucky not to equalise.

A disallowed goal from Middleton for offside could have brought them level.
