GOLF-PYECOMBE OPEN
THE Pyecombe Men's Open, playing for the Frazer Macdonald Thistle Trophy, took place over 36 holes on Thursday, when 23 different clubs were represented.
Club captain Trevor Greenfield not only won the scratch section but had the longest drive on the ninth, while his partner Nick Flynn had nearest the pin on the eighth with a hole in one, and finished second in the scratch section.
