It’s Friday-night fun time again at Goodwood

GOODWOOD’S series of Three Friday Nights continues tonight (June 12) when Gorgon City will be performing a DJ set after evening racing.

The series comes to a close on Friday, June 19, with Idris Elba taking to the decks following a six-race card.

Tonight, racing begins at 6pm with the highlights of the six-race schedule the class-three Sir Eric Parker Memorial Stakes at 7pm and the Frankie’s 28th Anniversary Maiden Stakes, honouring the anniversary of Dettori’s first win in this country, which came at Goodwood in 1987.

The latest weather forcecasts suggests a few light showers could affect ther racecourse but it should be dry by the time the music starts.
