Fifty's the magic number for Eastbourne runner Ros
She is celebrating her 50th birthday year by running 50 loops of The Hollow at the base of the South Downs Way.
At a time when many sporting events have been cancelled or postponed, Rosalind created an opportunity to take on a new challenge and raise money for a charity important to her family and many others at Run Wednesdays.

Despite several pauses to her running progress, including recovering from injury after a car accident and later suffering from a stress fracture in her hip, Ros has continued to be an active member of Female Run Wednesdays.
Ros said: “The main reasons I like running are fitness, the people I meet and the buzz you get from achieving your goals along the way.
“I like to pick one race per year to raise funds for charity, but this year needed to create my own. I have so far raised more than £1,000 for charity.”
