Bosham 50-homes bid to be revealed

A developer is hosting a community consultation on plans to build around 50 new homes in Bosham.

CALA Homes Ltd wants to build on land south of Main Road, between Delling Lane and Walton Lane.

Representatives will show off its plans at The Bosham Centre on the Recreation Ground off Walton Lane on Friday, October 21, from 2pm-8pm.

Claire Smith, planning coordinator for CALA Homes South Home Counties, said: “Bosham has been identified as a sustainable location for new housing development in the Chichester Local Plan and will play a role in generating the new homes needed within the district.

“This consultation event is an opportunity for residents to have a first look at the proposed plans and share their feedback before an application is submitted to Chichester District Council.”
