Police respond to 'incident' in Chichester

Sussex Police has been called to an 'incident' in Chichester city centre today (Tuesday, October 5).

Rangers from Chichester's Business Improvement District (BID) were joined by police officers in St John's Street, just off East Street, at about 12.45pm today.

Two police cars were parked nearby in East Street and officers were seen restraining a person.

Sussex Police has been approached for more information.
