No arrests after Chichester city centre incident

Police gave 'strong words of advice' to a group of young people 'causing a disturbance' in Chichester on Sunday afternoon (November 29).

Emergency services were called to youths ‘climbing and jumping’ on roofs in the city centre at around 3.35pm.

Firefighters supported police officers at the scene in East Street. Read more hereA spokesperson for Sussex Police said: "Police were called to East Street, Chichester, around 3.45pm on Sunday to reports of a group of young people on the roof of a building causing a disturbance.

"Officers attended and three 14-year-old boys were identified. They were given strong words of advice about their behaviour.

"A drone was used to search the rooftops for any other persons, but none were seen."
