UPDATE: A27 at Chichester clear following collision

The A27 is now fully re-open after a collision involving two cars this morning.

Police, firefighters and ambulance crews were called to the scene of the crash on the A27 eastbound near the Fishbourne roundabout, Chichester, at 10.15am today (November 19).

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Two cars, a Toyota and a Skoda, had collided in the outside lane of the dual carriageway, partially blocking the road.

“There were no serious injuries and the road was fully re-opened at 11.40am.”

Fire crews from Bognor and Chichester were also called to the incident, however no-one was trapped in their vehicles so crews left the scene shortly after 11am.
